Gite prices and availability

 

Prices and Availability (in pounds) for our holiday rental properties, per week

Because of the many variables that have arisen in 2009 (financial crisis, weak pound etc) we have decided to be flexible in quoting prices specific to your needs rather than show them below. The price quoted will depend on:

• occupancy levels (the house sleeps from 1-8 people according to availability and season)
• payment currency and method
• length of period being booked
• time remaining until your holiday start date
• whether you have stayed before / been recommended by a previous guest

APPROXIMATE PRICE GUIDE: £100-160 per person per week.

Availability 2009

We have no availability in either property before week starting 29/8. For that week and weeks in September we have some weeks still available.

We have a couple of bookings but most weeks are available.

Rental information

All rental periods commence Saturday 4pm and are quoted for a one week stay to Saturday 10am. Stays commencing on other days may be accommodated outside high season.

All towels, sheets etc are provided except for pool / outdoor towels.

 

Payment

Payment to be made 25% at time of booking and 75% eight weeks before the holiday commences

A security deposit of £130 for Le Grenadier or £75 for La Glycine. This should be a separate cheque, paid at the time of final payment

When a provisional booking is accepted we hold the reservation for 7 days while waiting for the deposit payment to be received.
