Do we really exist

There have been recent incidents where people have booked and paid for holiday rental properties, only to find that the property (and holiday) don't really exist. A concern for owners and holidaymakers alike. A couple of solutions:

(1) Pay by credit card, if your credit card covers such a loss. This is much the best solution (not necessary with us, because we do exist!, but you are welcome to pay by credit card if you prefer).

(2) Phone and actually speak to the owner - if the phone number isn't available that is something to be wary of. Real owners will be normal, chatty people! Our phone number is 00 33 5 53 36 78 07 by the way.

(3) If in doubt - look elsewhere or ask for proof eg.real owners will be able to post you a copy of a utilities bill (eg electricity) with the address of the property

We have been operating our properties for several years, have many satisfied customers, and you are very welcome to ring us (Marcus and Susan) and ask anything you like! We can also prove ownership of the property by post if required, or tell you how to see the property on google maps so you can see it really exists.
